Specificity
Demonstrates a strong Anti-Ro/SS-A precipitin band. Specificity is verified by a precipitin line of identity with the CDC-AF reference serum. Exhibits strong positive in an Anti-Ro/SS-A ELISA system designed to detect all IgG subclasses. Does not cross-react at a dilution of 1:100 when tested against purified SSB, Sm, Sm/RNP, Scl-70 and Jo-1 antigens in an ELISA system designed to detect IgG antibody. Species cross-reactivity: bovine.
