Usage
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry. Immunoprecipitation: Use Protein A; 2 ug/mg protein lysate. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml for 2 hours at RT. Immunohistochemistry (formalin/paraffin): 0.5-1 ug/ml for 30 minutes at RT. Note: No special pretreatment is required for the immunohistochemical staining of formalin/paraffin tissues. Positive control: ME180 cervical carcinoma cells, squamous cell carcinoma and skin.
