Phytohemagglutinin (PHA) activated Rat Lymph Node Cells.

Specificity

Recognizes the OX-40 antigen, which is present on activated T lymphocytes that also express CD4. The antigen is a glycoprotein of approximately 50kD molecular weight which is related in sequence to the low affinity Nerve Growth Factor Receptor.

Usage

The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request.
