This antibody was by immunizing mice with CHO cells transfected with human TLR2 cDNA (Flo et al, 2000). The hybridoma supernatants were selected by flow cytometry.
Specificity
This can be used in functional assays, such as inhibition of Listeria monocytogenes (HKLM) and LPS-induced IL-6 and TNF production.
