Synthetic peptide derived from the mid region of the human ZO-3 protein.
Specificity
Recognizes human ZO-3 protein with a molecular weight of ~130kD. Cross-reactivity with other Zonula Occluden family members has not been observed. Reactivity is confirmed with human T84, HeLa, and canine MDCK cell lysates.
