A 21 AA synthetic peptide within the putative, cytoplasmic, C-Terminus of Human NPT2a was synthesized, conjugated to KLH.

Specificity
Recognizes human NaPi-2A (Npt IIa). Species sequence homology: rat, mouse, rabbit-100%, sheep-86%, bovine-81% and opossum-71% NPT2a. No significant sequence homology is observed with NPT2b or other Pi-transporters (Type-I, III, or IV) transporters.

- Western blot (1:1000 - 1:5000)
- ELISA (1:10000 - 1:50000)
Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000 using ECL. A band of 95-110kD has been detected in brush border membrane. ELISA: 1:10000-1:50000. Control peptide can be used to coat ELISA plates at 1 ug/ml.

Supplied as liquid in PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% glycerol.
