A 12 AA C-Terminus peptide sequence near the C-Terminus of mouse/rat glucose transporter-3 (Glut-3) (1). A cysteine has been added at the NH2 terminus for coupling to KLH.

Recognizes mouse GLUT 3 (Glucose Transporter). Species sequence homology: rat 100%. Does not recognize human Glut-3 because of significant interspecies differences in C-terminal Glut-3.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000 (ECL). ~45kD. ELISA: 1:10000-1:50000. Control peptide can be used to coat ELISA plates at 1 ug/ml.
