Recognizes human CD100 cell surface antigen, a 150kD homodimeric glycoprotein expressed at low levels by peripheral blood T cells, and at higher density on activated T cells and B cells. Species cross-reactivity: Cynomolgus monkey, Rhesus monkey.

- Flow Cytometry
Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry: neat-1:10. Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1E6 cells in 100ul. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
