Usage
Suitable for Western Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunomicroscopy. ELISA: 1:15000 to 1:70000, 30 minutes at RT. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

PBS, pH 7.2, 10 mg/ml BSA, 0.01% sodium azide, 40% glycerol. Biotin/Protein Ratio: 10-20 BAC molecules per Rabbit IgG molecule.
