Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein, anti-Rabbit Serum, Mouse IgM and Mouse Serum. No reaction was observed against other mouse heavy or light chain proteins.

- Immunofluorescence (1:1000 - 1:5000)
- Flow Cytometry (1:500 - 1:2500)
- Fluorophore-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (1:10000 - 1:50000)
Usage
Suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 1 mL of deionized water.
