Applications
- Western blot (1:1000)
Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Incubate with the secondary antibody for 1 hour. Exposure time is 45 seconds. Lower dilutions should be used for alkaline phosphatase detection. Extensive washing of the transfer membrane is required in order to reduce non-specific background binding effects. Optimum dilutions to be determined by researcher.
