Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum as well as purified and partially purified Fructose-6-Phosphate Kinase [Rabbit Muscle]. Cross reactivity against Fructose-6-Phosphate Kinase from other sources may occur but have not been specifically determined.

Anti-Fructose-6-Phosphate Kinase antibody has been tested for use in ELISA, immunofluorescence microscopy and western blot. Expect a band approximately 48 kD in size corresponding to the processed mature form of F6PK protein by western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Lyophilized from 10 mg/mL BSA (Protease and Ig free), 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Gentamicin. Do NOT add Sodium Azide

Reconstitute in 100 µL of deionized water.

Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Centrifuge product before removing cap. Only dilute immediately prior to use.
