Fusion protein corresponding to aa 30-845 (extracellular domain) of mouse NRCAM. This sequence is 96% identical in rat, 91% identical in human, and ~50% identical in Neurofascin.
Applications
- Immunofluorescence (10 µg/ml)
- Western blot (1 - 5 µg/ml)
Usage
Immunoblotting: use at 1-5ug/ml. A band of ~160kDa is detected. Immunofluorescence: use at 10ug/ml. These are recommended concentrations. Endusers should determine optimal concentrations for their application.
