Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot Analysis: A 1:500-1:1000 dilution of this lot detected TTF-1 in nuclear extract from H441 human lung epithelial cells. Immunoprecipitation: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to immunoprecipitate TTF-1. Immunohistochemistry: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to detect TTF-1 in 4% paraformaldehyde fixed human and mouse lung adenocarcinoma tissue.
