Splenocytes from ATL mice (1).
Specificity
Recognizes a monomorphic epitope on ovine MHC class II DR molecules. The distribution of ovine DR molecules on T lymphocytes has been shown to vary with immune status and age. Initially T lymphocytes lack class II molecules, then T lymphocytes progressively express DR molecules.
Applications
- Flow Cytometry (1:5 - 1:10)
Usage
Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1 x 10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Store at 4°C or at -20°C. Store undiluted. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Protect from light. Microcentrifugation recommended if solution contains precipitate.
