Specificity
Recognizes a monomorphic epitope on the mouse MHC class I antigen. The epitope recognized by clone 2G5 is conformation dependent and is reported to be phylogenetically conserved. Reactivity has been observed with some canine samples suggesting that this may recognize a polymorphic epitope of canine MHC class 1.

Usage
The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request.

Store at 4°C or at -20°C. Store undiluted. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Protect from light. Microcentrifugation recommended if solution contains precipitate.
