Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Flow Cytometry: 10 ul/1E6 cells. Immunohistochemistry: Acetone-fixed, frozen tissue sections. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Presentation
PBS, 0.1% sodium azide, stabilizing agent.
Storage
Do not freeze. Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing PE conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.
