Human platelet suspension. The supernatant fluid from positive clones was screened by ELISA coated with washed platelet.

Recognizes human CD41 (integrin alpha IIb chain, gpIIb-IIIa, Platelet Membrane gpIIb-IIIa Complex).

Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. The MAb at a concentration of 10-20 g/mL (culture supernatants) will allow visualization of NP 40 solubilized protein on human normal platelets in Western Blot. Under reducing conditions they will bind against the human platelet membrane glycoproteins IIb/IIIa complex, which have a molecular weights of ~130000 (IIb) and 115000 (IIIa). The titer of purified ascites was determined by ELISA coated with 100 ul of 1x10^8 washed platelets.

Supplied as lyopholized powder from PBS, pH 7.2. Reconstitute with 500ul sterile ddH20.
