Human red blood cells and platelets.
Specificity
Recognizes the platelet GPIX glycoprotein, a 23kD surface marker expressed by platelets and megakaryocytes. Platelet GPIX is also known as CD42a. The CD42 complex is the major platelet receptor for von Willebrand factor.
Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry: Neat. 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1E6 cells or 100 ul whole blood. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
