Human red blood cells and platelets.
Specificity
Recognizes the platelet GPIX glycoprotein, a 23kD surface marker expressed by platelets and megakaryocytes. Platelet GPIX is also known as CD42a. The CD42 complex is the major platelet receptor for von Willebrand factor.

- Flow Cytometry (1:1)
Usage
Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells or 100 ul whole blood. Method sheets are available on request. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Storage
Store at 4°C or at -20°C. Store undiluted. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Protect from light. Microcentrifugation recommended if solution contains precipitate.
