Specificity
Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Chicken IgM and Chicken Serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other Chicken heavy or light chain isotypes.

Usage
