Specificity
Recognizes Dynorphin A (1-13) and (1-17) at 100% but (1-8) at a lesser level. Does not react to [Leu 5]-Enkephalin, [Met 5]-Enkephalin and b-Endorphin (human). Specific for this peptide and suitable for immunocytochemical detection of Dynorphin A (1-13).
