Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Phycoerythrin, anti-Donkey Serum, Goat IgG and Goat Serum. No reaction was observed against Chicken, guinea pig, Hamster, Horse, Mouse, Human, Rabbit and Rat Serum Proteins.

Suitable for use in Immunomicroscopy, Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence, and FACS analysis. Immunomicroscopy: 1:100-1:250. Flow Cytometry: 1:100-1:250. Maximum amount of reagent required to stain 1x1E6 cells is approximately 1.0 ug of antibody conjugate. Lesser amounts of reagent may be sufficient for staining. Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:250. FACS analysis: 1:100-1:250. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Lyophilized from 10 mg/ml BSA (IgG, Protease free), PBS, pH 7.2, 0.01% Sodium Azide

Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O.

Do not freeze. Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing PE conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.
