Usage
A 1:1000 dilution of the antibody was sufficient for detection of dityrosine in 1 µg of Dityrosine conjugated to BSA by ECL immunoblot analysis using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary Antibody. Applications should be user optimized.
