Recognizes the ~120kD desmocollin-2 and ~105kD desmocollin-3 human protein, with particularly strong reaction to desmocollin-2. Cross-reactivity with other desmocollin family members has not been observed.

Usage
Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. Immunoprecipitation: 5-10 ug. Western Blot: 1-3 ug/ml (ECL). Immunofluorescence: 20-50 ug/ml. Positive control: A431 Cells, Non-Stimulated.
