Usage
Suitable for use in Western blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse CD55. The detection limit for rmCD55 is approximately 1 ng/lane and 5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Reconstitution
Sterile TBS, pH 7.3, 0.1% BSA.
Storage
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 1 year at -20°C. Reconstitute by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C.
