Recognizes human DC-specific ICAM-3 grabbing nonintegrin (DC-SIGN), a 45kD C-type lectin that binds ICAM-3 that is also known as CD209. Reported to partially block the functional activity of DC-SIGN(2).

Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunofluorescence. Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100; 10 ul labels 10^6 cells in 100ul.

Storage
