Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Adhesion Blockade and Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry (Immunophenotyping): 10 ul of 25-50 ug/ml labels up to 10^6 cells. Adhesion Blockade: 5 ug/ml (5x10^6 cells/well). Immunohistochemistry: 25 ug/ml detects human DC-SIGN in fixed cells and tissue sections. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml The detection limit is a ~5 ng/well under non-reducing and reducing conditions using a colorimetric detection system,. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5 to 50 fold.
