Specificity

Recognizes numerous proteins in a soluble Candida albicans extract (IEP). Not adsorbed and does cross-react with other yeasts. No cross-reactivity against human serum, urine and spinal fluid.

Usage

Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot, CIE, Avidin and Streptavidin amplification systems. May be used in place of neat antiserum in most antibody-based techniques. Indirect Immunofluorescence: 1:1200. Gel Precipitin Reactions: Use neat. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
