Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum as well as purified and partially purified Albumin [Bovine Serum]. Cross reactivity against Albumin from other tissues and species may occur but have not been specifically determined.

Anti-BOVINE ALBUMIN (RABBIT) Antibody is suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays. It is also used as a nutrient in cell and microbial culture. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Lyophilized from 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 10 mg/ml PEG, 0.01% Gentamicin. Do NOT add Sodium Azide

Reconstitute in 100 µL of deionized water.

Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Centrifuge product before removing cap. Only dilute immediately prior to use.
