Recombinant protein encompassing an N-Terminus of the human Survivin protein.
Epitope

Specificity
Specific for the ~16kD Survivin protein. Reactivity has been confirmed through Western blotting with HEK 293 and HeLa cell lysates. Immunoprecipitation tests using HEK 293 cell extracts also produced the ~16kD band corresponding to the Survivin protein.

Usage
