Specificity
Recognizes a non-polymorphic determinant on both the 85 and 78kD Lutheran (Lu) glycoproteins. BRIC Recognizes an epitope in the fourth extracellular domain of Lu glycoprotein. Lutheran glycoprotein is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and has recently been designated CD239 (B-CAM) at the 7th leucocyte typing workshop. CD239 is expressed by erythrocytes in the peripheral blood.

Usage
Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request. For Western blot, non-reducing conditions are required.

Store at 4°C or at -20°C. Store undiluted. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Microcentrifugation recommended if solution contains precipitate.
