Specificity
Recognizes Mahogany, also known as Attractin. The immunogen shows no significant sequence homology with other proteins. Species cross-reactivity: Mouse. The immunogen sequence is 100% homologous with human.
Applications
- Western blot (1 - 10 µg/ml)
- ELISA (0.5 - 1 µg/ml)
Usage
Western blot: 1-10 ug/ml using ECL. Immunohistochemistry: not tested. It is recommended that the antibody be tried at 1-20 ug/ml. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml using 1 ug/ml control peptide per well.

Reconstitute in 100 ul sterile PBS
