Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Rabbit Serum as well as purified and partially purified a-Amylase [B.amyloliquefaciens]. Cross reactivity against a-Amylase from other sources may occur but has not been specifically determined.

Usage
This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of a-Amylase in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Lyophilized from 10 mg/mL BSA (Protease and Ig free), 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Sodium Azide
Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 100 µL of deionized water.
Storage
Store lyophilized at 4°C. Once reconstituted, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Store undiluted.
