Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunoprecipitation. ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml. The detection limit for rhPunctin is approximately 1 ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. The detection limit for rhPunctin is approximately 2 ng/lane and 5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. Immunoprecipitation: Used to immunoprecipitate rhPunctin from conditioned media of transfected NS0 cells. The recovered rhPunctin can be detected by western blot analysis using a monoclonal antibody.
